Grammy-nominated Los Pleneros de la 21, the premier East Harlem-based ensemble and non-profit community organization, brings the sounds and sights of traditional Puerto Rican music and dance to Lincoln Center! Inhabiting a vital and distinctive space in the contemporary Puerto Rican musical landscape, Los Pleneros de la 21 navigate between tradition and innovation, bringing their signature sound for an unforgettable show that will be sure to make you smile and get you on your feet.
Prior to the concert, Lincoln Center teaching artists invite you to a pre-show family workshop at The Oasis.
The Pre-Show Family workshop is held at The Oasis on Josie Robertson Plaza at 11:00 am.
The following performance by Los Pleneros de la 21 is held at Hearst Plaza at 12:00 pm.
