Come find out on Sunday, October 1, from 12-4 p.m., when Party On Park opens the spaces under and along the Park Avenue Viaduct to walk, scoot, bike & more!

This year, we’re expanding an extra five blocks south, to make room for even more fun while the Park Avenue Viaduct Replacement is underway.

Explore each intersection all the way from 125th to 111th streets, starting at the Uptown Grand Central community plaza at 125th Street, and ending at the new location of Urban Garden Center at 111th Street. On 115TH:

Celebrate the 40th anniversary of East Harlem’s historic bomba y plena group Los Pleneros de la 21 with a family bombazo and plenazo all afternoon. Meet and greet LP21’s dance and drum teachers for a children’s dance class at a12:30 p.m. and drumming class at 2:15 p.m.

Plus celebrate the one-year anniversary of La Marqueta’s own Cocotazo with a pig roast.
